WE WANT OUR BEACH BACK !!

The Picture 1 below is taken a few years ago when in the small port of Kastos there was a nice long beach where all of us used to swim.

PICTURE 1 :

Today unfortunately, the picture is as follows.
THE BEACH BECAME A ROAD FOR VEHICLES !!

PICTURE 2 :

As we notice though on the left of the Picture 2 there is a sign which shows that vehicles are not permitted towards this direction.

The paradox is that in the Picture 3 below showing the same road from the opposite side though, we notice there is again the same sign not permitting the vehicles nor from the opposite direction.

PICTURE 3 :

The question is : Since no vehicles are permitted to move on this little road between these two directions , why did they make it and why they still use it as a road for vehicles since it's not permitted ??
Why don't they change it to be used half of it as a path for pedestrians and half of it as swimming beach like before. ????

The excuse of this road was the increase of the sailing boats visiting the island the last few years and that's why they transformed the beach to add more space to the main port of Kastos for the sailing and other boats.
BUT .... as we notice from Picture 1 above, the situation with the no of sailing boats was nearly at that time the same as it is today (compare the no of boats in Picture 1 and 3 ).
On top of that, sailing boats today, do not have the proper place to tie their ropes and they use the lamp-posts instead, which are on the road and of course are not supposed to be the recommended place for tying ropes. (one of the lamp-posts actually has been broken)

Also , what about the port back at place called Sarakiniko that they spent a hell of a lot of money to make it a port which nobody uses it though today ??? (only a couple of boats go there)

Why don't they make Sarakiniko the main Marina of Kastos for all sailing boats and leave the rest as it was in the old past good days (swimming beach + boats of inhabitants + public Transportation boat) ???

WE WANT OUR BEACH BACK !! WE DON'T WANT VEHICLES ON THE ISLAND !!
THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE NOT PERMITTED ANYWAY, EXCEPT THOSE CARRYING MATERIALS, CARGOS etc COVERING THE LOCAL TRANSPORTATION NEEDS.

WE ASK THE AUTHORITIES ONE WAY OR THE OTHER TO TAKE ACTIONS IMMEDIATELY.
THIS IS AN ENVIRONMENTAL CRIME AND IT HAS TO BE RECOVERED !!
